Junior Nutritionist

<p>We're expanding our nutrition team and hiring freelance nutritionists to coach clients through our app-based system.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>The role</b></p><p>You'll manage a set of assigned clients - building their diet plans, doing assessment and check-in calls, responding to daily food logs, and driving their results and renewals. All coaching runs inside the app, fully documented. You focus on coaching quality; we handle client acquisition.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>What you'll do</b></p><ul><li>Conduct client assessment calls and build personalized diet plans in our platform</li><li>Respond to client food logs and questions daily, inside the app</li><li>Run weekly check-ins and monthly progress reviews</li><li>Coach clients with common conditions (PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, weight management)</li><li>Maintain documentation so any coach can pick up any client</li><li>Handle renewals (no cold sales required)</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What we're looking for</b></p><ul><li>Degree in nutrition/dietetics; 2+ years coaching real clients</li><li>Solid grounding in Indian/NRI meal planning, macros, and common lifestyle conditions</li><li>Clean, professional client communication - premium tone, no casual language</li><li>Comfortable working inside a structured system and SOPs</li><li>Reliable, responsive, self-managing - we don't micromanage</li><li>Personal fitness/health credibility is a plus</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Structure</b></p><ul><li>Freelance, per-active-client payout - you're paid monthly for every active client you coach</li><li>Start with a small client set; scale as you prove fit</li><li>Performance-linked growth in rate and client volume</li><li>No fixed sales quota; renewals and results are the standard</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Start with a few clients, grow with performance.
