Leasing specialist

Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Support renewals and expansion opportunities.
Work closely with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers.
Maintain an updated leasing pipeline and prepare periodic MIS and leasing reports.
Support the team in leasing activities for existing assets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
2–5years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
