Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and planning skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

·        Lead architectural projects from concept design through execution.

·        Develop and review architectural designs, plans, and spatial layouts.

·        Oversee working drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

·        Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

·        Conduct regular site visits and on-site coordination to ensure design intent 

·        Address and resolve site-related design and technical issues.

·        Guide and mentor junior architects and team members.

·        Manage project timelines, deliverables, and multiple tasks efficiently.

·        Review materials, finishes, and architectural details to ensure design quality and consistency.

·        Take ownership of project coordination and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

·        B.Arch /M.Arch with renowned university

·        3+ years of relevant professional experience.

·        Strong understanding of architectural planning, design development, and spatial programming.

·        Good knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and construction processes.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

·        Knowledge of rendering and visualization software will be an advantage.

·        Strong design, technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·        Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.

·        Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction execution.

·        Willingness to work on-site and travel to project sites as required.
