Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

• We prefer experience with AWS ECS, ECR, or containerized services.
• We prefer data engineering or analytics engineering experience.
• We prefer experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, observability, or monitoring tools.
• We prefer experience with AI, voice AI, or conversational technologies.
• We prefer experience working on a small team where engineers handle multiple responsibilities.

• We build and enhance internal and customer-facing applications using React, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• We develop backend services, APIs, and integrations across internal systems and third-party platforms.
• We deploy, operate, and continuously improve cloud-based services in AWS.
• We work with data pipelines, reporting requirements, and cloud data warehouse tools such as Snowflake.
• We turn prototypes, automations, and internal tools into dependable production applications.
• We partner with technical and business teams to understand needs and explain technical tradeoffs.
• We contribute to clean code, documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• We design and build with security, data protection, and compliance requirements in mind.

This is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with three days in the office. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and skills, and we require US work authorization because we do not sponsor visas.
