Fund Manager – AIF

We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Fund Manager – AIF to lead the investment management and portfolio management activities of our Alternative Investment Funds

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fund investment strategies

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across listed & unlisted markets

• Lead financial analysis, valuation and due diligence

• Manage portfolio construction, allocation and performance

• Prepare and present investment cases to the Investment Committee

• Monitor portfolio risk, exposure, liquidity and returns

• Drive portfolio value creation and exit strategies

• Ensure investments remain aligned with the fund mandate and applicable SEBI regulations

• Contribute to investor reporting and stakeholder management

Requirements

• Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in AIF / PMS / Private Equity / Venture Capital / Investment Banking / Equity Research / Portfolio Management / Capital Markets
• Strong expertise in investment analysis, valuation, financial modelling and portfolio management
• Proven investment decision-making ability and preferably a demonstrated track record
• Strong understanding of listed & unlisted investments, market dynamics and risk management
