We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to completion.

• Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation.
• Plan spaces efficiently while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor (FF&E).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong expertise in space planning and residential interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar design software).
• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing.
• Experience with FF&E selection and material specification.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Leadership experience with mentoring or managing junior designers is preferred.
• Passion for creating thoughtful, functional, and high-quality living spaces.
