Description Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to work with our Family Medicine team. This role is 100% ambulatory and will be supporting the Family Medicine team with seeing patients for hospital follow-up visits, pre-operative history and physical assessments, same-day sick visits, and routine return appointments.
