Role Description The Account Manager role at Awadh Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The person in this role is responsible for managing key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, service issues, and ongoing logistics needs. Day-to-day tasks include tracking shipments, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring service commitments are met. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency, and support billing and collections activities. This role also involves building long-term relationships, gathering client feedback, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and managing multiple accounts at once.
• Solid communication skills in English and local languages, including clear verbal communication and accurate written documentation.
• Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or account management systems) and willingness to learn new software.
• Attention to detail, reliability in time management, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential service problems.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
• Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
