Job Description:

• All MIS data to be updated (Demand Planning file, Sales, Stock, Inventory Analysis, Near Expiry Liquidation, Stock Float Reports) for Anglo Africa.
• New launch product code updation follow-up.
• New launch products follow-ups for RM & PM BOM updation and keep track until it reaches the country.
• To raise monthly MTS in the system (EOA) for Anglo Africa.
• Pending EOA reconciliation & follow-up for on-time delivery with PPIC.
• Preparation of the Near Expiry Stock Liquidation file & Bonus file.
• Updation of OP Stock, Forecast, Near Expiry Stock & Invoice Reconciliation (Transit Stock) in Stock Float.
• Cross-functional team requires data to submit (e.g., QA/DRA/Legal Dept. – Product Complaint Related & NOC).
• Support team for dispatch documentation, if required.

Qualification:

• B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
• MBA in Operations

Experience:

3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP operations, export documentation, order processing, or a related field.

Key Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP operations.
• Good understanding of export documentation and order processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and time management skills.
