Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require an active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher.
• We require a bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We require at least two years of experience supporting ICAM policy, governance, or cybersecurity compliance in government or defense settings.
• We require strong skills in policy drafting, analysis, communication, and executive-level presentations.
• We are looking for knowledge of federal ICAM policies and frameworks, including OMB M-22-09, OMB M-19-17, NIST SP 800-63, NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 201, and HSPD-12.
• We are looking for familiarity with PKI, MFA, SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, IGA, PAM, Active Directory/Entra ID, and LDAP.
• We are looking for experience translating regulatory requirements into operational policy and governance structures.
• We value familiarity with FICAM or DoD ICAM implementations.
• We are looking for understanding of cloud and hybrid identity environments such as Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM.
• We are looking for knowledge of dynamic access control approaches, including RBAC and ABAC.

• We develop, review, and maintain ICAM policies, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and standard operating procedures.
• We ensure our policies align with federal mandates and standards, including OMB, NIST, HSPD-12, FIPS 201, and DoD ICAM guidance.
• We provide policy oversight for PKI, PIV/CAC, SSO, federation, PAM, and identity governance programs.
• We assess RBAC and ABAC access models in support of Zero Trust Architecture initiatives.
• We conduct policy reviews, compliance assessments, and gap analyses against federal security requirements.
• We lead stakeholder working groups and coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, and program teams.
• We prepare policy briefs, compliance documentation, executive presentations, and audit materials.
