IT Sales Executive

As an IT Sales Executive at Pearl Solutions Pvt Ltd , an official Odoo Partner, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for our IT and ERP solutions — including Odoo implementation, customization, support, and AI automation services. You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, responsible for understanding their business challenges and translating them into the right technology solutions.

This role requires a consultative sales approach — you'll research target industries, engage decision-makers, deliver compelling presentations and demos, and guide prospects through the entire sales journey from initial contact to signed contract. You'll work closely with our technical and implementation teams to ensure client needs are accurately scoped, and expectations are set for a smooth handover.

Success in this role means being comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, staying persistent through longer B2B sales cycles, and building lasting relationships that turn one-time clients into repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via calls, email
• Deliver product demos and sales presentations
• Prepare proposals and close deals to meet sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with technical teams

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Passion for software products
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have

• Experience selling ERP/Odoo solutions
• Additional languages
• Strong analytical skills
