Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Performance Analysis: Produce recurring management information packages, executive-level presentations, and analytical reviews covering financial results, revenue movements, expenditure patterns, and key business performance indicators.Planning and Forecasting: Support budgeting, financial projections, and performance tracking activities. Investigate deviations between actual results and planned figures, providing clear explanations of key movements and their potential business implications.Data Governance and Reporting Controls: Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and consistently presented across business lines, including Markets, Investment Banking, and Corporate functions. Apply established reporting standards and investigate discrepancies where necessary.Reporting Transformation: Identify opportunities to simplify reporting workflows, improve data extraction and consolidation, and reduce manual effort through enhanced processes and analytical tools.Global Finance Coordination: Partner with regional finance teams and overseas headquarters to address information requests, reconcile reporting expectations, and maintain alignment with applicable accounting, regulatory, and internal reporting guidelines.Business Partnering: Collaborate with finance colleagues and stakeholders across front-office and support functions to evaluate revenue and expense trends, assess asset movements, and monitor relevant business metrics.Entity-Level Financial Oversight: Assist with periodic intercompany reconciliations, expense allocation reviews, and financial reporting activities across multiple legal entities, ensuring differences are investigated and resolved promptly. xzbcwsv Strategic and Cross-Functional Initiatives: Contribute to projects involving forecasting enhancements, business productivity, financial process optimization, and other initiatives designed to improve planning capabilities and management visibility.
Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of FP&A experience in the financial services/banking industry
Base salary 100-125k DOE
