Account Manager – Client Servicing & Communications

About the Role This is our first dedicated client servicing hire — you'll own the relationship layer between our global client base and production team. You'll handle a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, working directly with senior leadership and getting real visibility into how a growing studio runs. Client Ownership Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly and professionally Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts — new services, additional projects, larger scopes Maintain accurate records of client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals Project Coordination Run daily checks on every client's work status, timelines, and deliverables so nothing slips. Coordinate with editors, designers, and operations to keep workflow moving smoothly Translate client requirements, feedback, and revisions clearly to internal teams — and internal constraints clearly back to clients. What You Bring 6 months–2 years in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing role Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory , as you'll be communicating with clients across the globe. Proven ability to build trust and retain clients Comfort juggling multiple accounts and deadlines without losing detail Proactive, solutions-first approach to problems Experience in a creative, media, or post-production environment is a plus, but not required.
