We are seeking a Team Lead for Edtech Sales in a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Team Lead will manage daily sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals, analyzing sales trends, providing customer support, and ensuring high levels of team productivity and success. The position requires effective collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Strong Team Management and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and motivate team members
• Excellent Sales and Customer Service expertise for driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
• Proactive mindset and ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in Edtech Sales or a similar role is highly desirable
