Sales and Marketing Management Trainee Faridabad On-site Full-time About the role We're looking for a sharp, driven generalist to join the Founder's Office and work directly alongside the founder. You'll be working closely with a team that has studied at IIT Bombay, ETH Zurich, and IIM Indore, and has built multiple international businesses. It's a high-ownership, high-exposure role for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a business is actually run across operations, marketing, content, research, and whatever the week demands. You won't be boxed into one function. You'll be handed real problems, given context, and trusted to run. This is the right role for you if you learn fast, take initiative without being chased, and want to build range early in your career rather than specialize too soon while learning directly from people who've done it before. What you'll do Work side by side with the founder on day-to-day priorities across the business Take ownership of tasks end to end from research and planning to execution and follow-up Jump between functions as needed: operations, marketing, content, coordination, admin Turn ambiguous asks into finished work with minimal hand-holding Keep things moving and close each day knowing what got done and what's blocked Non-negotiables In-person, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday, Sunday off), from our Faridabad office. This is a fully on-site role remote and hybrid are not options. Please only apply if you're able to be at the office in person, six days a week. Preferred (not mandatory) Based in Faridabad or nearby local candidates will be given preference given the on-site nature of the role Hands-on experience with tools like Canva and Lovable Skills or interest in content and marketing Compensation, probation & Working Hours: 30,000 / month 1-month probation period, after which employment is confirmed 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Who thrives here Low ego, high initiative, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely willing to do both the interesting and the mundane.
