Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Walmart Process) Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) Process: Walmart Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Walmart International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior international BPO voice experience, and a customer-first approach to resolve customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls for the Walmart process. Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and general account support. Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets. Eligibility Criteria Any Undergraduate or Graduate. Freshers can also apply with good english ( C1 Level ) Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience is mandatory. Excellent English communication skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
