Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and proactive Affiliate Manager – CPI/CPL/CPA Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mobile performance marketing, strong relationships with publishers and affiliate partners, and the ability to solve problems independently while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage mobile app performance campaigns across CPI, CPA, CPR, CPD and related pricing models.
• Coordinate with publishers and affiliates for campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign pacing, volumes, and performance metrics.
• Share tracking links, creatives, and campaign updates with partners.
• Follow up with affiliates to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Track installs, leads, conversions, and campaign quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance updates.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve delivery and performance.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPR and mobile performance campaigns.
• Experience managing affiliate publishers and ad networks.
• Knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular and Trackier.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns using data.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
• Exposure to publishers or traffic sources.
