Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Housekeeping Associates (Freshers) to join our hotel team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
  

• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities as required.
  

• Handle laundry and linen services efficiently.
  

• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained.
  

• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to supervisors.
  

• Assist in setting up rooms for guest arrivals and special requests.
  

• Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety protocols.
  

• Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guests when required.
  

Requirements

• Eligibility:   Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Bachelor's in Hotel Management/Hospitality
  

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  

• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
  

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials is an advantage.
