Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Cincinnati, OhioPay: $19–$20 per hourShift: 1st Shift

Employment Type: Contract-to-HireLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries by phone and emailProvide friendly, professional, and timely customer serviceAssist customers with questions regarding orders, accounts, products, or servicesResearch customer concerns and provide appropriate solutionsEnter and update customer information accurately in company systemsDocument customer interactions and follow-up activitiesCoordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issuesProcess customer requests and maintain accurate recordsFollow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolvedPerform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
Qualifications:0–3 years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferredEntry-level candidates with strong communication and customer service skills are encouraged to applyStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable communicating with customers over the phone and through emailBasic Microsoft Office and computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple customer requestsHigh school diploma or equivalent
