Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer & Incident Management Specialist with strong experience in ServiceNow development, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), workflow automation, and production support .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve day-to-day incidents, service requests, and tickets raised through the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, service catalog items, and Service Portal components.
• Automate HR and business processes through ServiceNow workflow development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support integrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• 4 to 15 years of overall experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) .
• Strong ServiceNow development experience including workflow customization and automation.
• Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, employee lifecycle processes, or HR workflow automation.
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes.
• Strong scripting and configuration knowledge within ServiceNow.
