Role Overview Looking for an Analytics professional with 5+ years of work experience in banking / NBFC / Fintech sector in Credit Risk domain (Acquisition and Account Management areas) for personal loans / 0 interest EMI products / credit cards etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead personal loans strategy across acquisition, underwriting, loan limit assignment, pricing, installment programs, and collections.
• Manage portfolio performance and drive sustainable, risk-adjusted growth.
• Develop and refine credit policies, risk appetite, decision frameworks, and portfolio guardrails.
• Monitor portfolio health, including delinquency, utilization, profitability, customer behavior, and vintage performance.
• Use internal, bureau, and alternative data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Handle large amounts of data to derive business insights and create innovative solutions/models/strategies.
• Clear articulation and structuring of business findings to the leadership and key partners.
• Handling team of analysts and guide them in their tasks.
• Handle critical projects and contribute to acquisition policy formulation and risk management

Skillset:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience into Banking Analytics (Risk domain) across any of the functions – acquisition / account management / collection / fraud with a leading bank / Fintech / NBFC
• Experience in building credit risk models/strategies.
• Experience with alternate data usage (especially in Underwriting)
• Strong knowledge and working experience in SQL are a must.
• Knowledge of Python and ML is a big plus .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Notice period : 30-90 days. Early joiners preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors or master's in quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics
• BTech/MTech/MBA from Tier 1 colleges (IIT, NIT, IIM)

• Citibank, JPMC, AMEX, Standard Chartered, Bank of America, Axis bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC bank, Accenture, EY, top banking analytics consulting firms.
