Job Title: Finance Officer (Junior Level)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at the junior level. As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department in various financial activities and ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting entries, including project costing and cost center-based accounting.
  
• Prepare monthly accounts and management reports.
  
• Ensure monthly book closure.
  
• Follow up on invoicing and receivables.
  
• Manage banking relationships.
  
• Prepare and record payroll.
  
• Utilize MS Excel for analysis.
  
• Communicate effectively in written formal English.
  
• Ensure compliance with FBR/PRA/IPO/SECP laws and monthly filing requirements.
  
• Handle SECP filing and compliance, including setting up new companies.
  
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  
• Take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
  

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience of bookkeeping and accounting for at least 1-2 years.
  
• Proficient in accounting entries, including project costing and cost center-based accounting.
  
• Experience in preparing monthly accounts and management reports.
  
• Familiarity with monthly book closure procedures.
  
• Competence in invoicing and receivables follow-up.
  
• Ability to manage banking relationships effectively.
  
• Experience in payroll preparation and recording.
  
• Good grip on MS Excel for analysis.
  
• Knowledge of FBR/PRA/SECP/IPO laws and monthly filing.
  
• Experience with SECP filing and compliance, including setting up new companies.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  
• Ability to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
  

Gross Salary Range is Rs.32,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, inclusive of all allowances.
