Job Description – Sales Executive (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand customer logistics and supply chain requirements and propose suitable solutions.

- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Logistics Sales, Freight Brokerage, Transportation, or Supply Chain Services.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of US logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain operations.

- Lead generation and client acquisition expertise.

- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills. 

- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
