The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience * Experience managing project budgets, contracts, and financial performance * Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery systems * Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders What's on Offer Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 plus performance-based compensation. * Annual bonus opportunity of up to 15% * Career growth within a rapidly expanding Florida operation * Opportunity to manage high-visibility automotive dealership projects
