OneHome is hiring a Home Health OTA to deliver compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy services in patients’ homes. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADL training, strength and mobility, and home safety. You’ll travel to patient residences, document visits in EHR systems, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to support optimal recovery and independence. Ideal candidates are licensed COTAs with strong communication skills, home health experience, and a patient-centered, flexible approach to care.
