Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete A–Z graphic design requirements of Ahlan Palmshore.
• Plan and prepare monthly special-day & festival creatives in advance.
• Design posters, offers, menus, banners, standees, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with 7+ branches for their design requirements.
• Coordinate with external printing vendors for printing and delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all branches.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Manage design files and deliver creatives within timelines.
• Work closely with the Creative Lead for review, corrections, and final approval.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Hospitality / restaurant industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of digital & print design.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Creative and capable of handling multiple branch requirements independently.
