This role is the first point of contact for many visitors and is essential to creating a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience.No prior firearms experience is required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay of $23.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $27.00 per hourFull-time employees are eligible for health insurance and additional benefitsFull-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20–30 hours/week) positions availableFlexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 1–5 days per weekEmployee discountsProfessional development opportunitiesPaid trainingRequirementsMust be able to pass a criminal background checkAble to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periodsFriendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests throughout the dayReliable with a strong work ethicFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred QualificationsFluent in English (required); Spanish or additional languages are a plusPrevious experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, or tourism preferredComfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling procedures (training provided)Professional phone etiquetteExperience using POS systems and reservation software is a plusResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departureExplain available experiences, packages, and services with confidenceProcess sales using a restaurant-style POS systemSchedule reservations and manage bookingsKeep guest areas, retail space, classrooms, break room, and restrooms clean and organizedHelp maintain a positive, team-oriented work environmentLearn firearm safety procedures and become knowledgeable about the firearms offered; competency is evaluated after trainingAssist with opening and closing dutiesAssist with basic social media engagement when neededScheduleApplicants should be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Operating HoursMonday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMSaturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PMSunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PMTraining & Work LocationPaid training providedThis is an in-person position. xzbcwsv Remote work is not available.
