Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure applications and database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL .
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and database components.
Perform SQL performance tuning and query optimization to improve application and database performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective application solutions and integrations.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, database, and integration issues across interconnected systems.
Support build management, configuration management, and release management activities.
Participate in solution design, technical analysis, development, testing, and implementation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
Identify opportunities for application and process improvements and recommend technical solutions.
Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver projects within established timelines.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance on Oracle PL/SQL development and database application solutions.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development .
8+ years of software development and SDLC experience .
8+ years of experience with SQL performance tuning and query optimization .
Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise database applications.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Build Management and Build Enablement .
Experience with Configuration and Release Management .
Experience supporting enterprise application integrations.
Experience serving as a technical SME or providing technical leadership.
Strong understanding of application architecture, database design, and development best practices.
Experience working in Agile or other structured software development environments.
