You will drive performance, provide coaching, optimize processes, and motivate the team to achieve both patient satisfaction and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: ● Team Management & Mentoring: Guide, coach, and motivate a team of patient care and sales specialists to achieve individual and team goals. ● Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes. ● Patient Engagement Oversight: Ensure the team provides seamless support, counseling, and guidance to patients throughout their healthcare journey. ● Sales & Revenue Management: Drive the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of patient service. ● Process Optimization & Reporting: Streamline workflows, ensure adherence to HexaHealth protocols, and generate regular performance and progress reports.
