Perform continuous improvement on basis of data analysis, audit feedbacks and other inputs for quality and rejection analysis
Conduct disassembly Reduction projects (Assembly)
Proper closure of PDI, Customer complaint & horizontal deployment (Assembly)
Follow-up with Metallurgy Lab for daily results (Heat Treatment)
PDI PPM (Assembly)
Audit NC during external audit

Implement cell lines Step shifting plan
Ensure adherence to 5 S, and strengthening all TPM pillar
