Senior wedding designer

Dreamz Krraft is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Wedding Designer to join our team and lead the creative vision behind luxury weddings and celebrations across India and international destinations.

As a Senior Wedding Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing bespoke wedding experiences while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to bring each vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end wedding décor planning and design development

• Create unique concepts, mood boards, presentations, and design proposals

• Understand client requirements and translate them into immersive wedding experiences

• Manage vendor coordination and oversee décor production from concept to execution

• Collaborate with planning, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Conduct site visits, venue recce, and design planning meetings

• Oversee on-ground setup and execution during wedding events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and vendor partners

• Ensure all projects meet Dreamz Krraft's quality, creativity, and luxury standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in wedding design, event design, or luxury event décor

• Strong understanding of Indian wedding traditions and multicultural celebrations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Proven experience managing clients and vendor teams

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Power Point, Canva, Keynote, or other design presentation tools
