Job Description – Embroidery Designer

Salary:  20,000 – 25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Create and develop embroidery designs as per brand and customer requirements.
• Prepare embroidery artwork, layouts, and design specifications.
• Select suitable embroidery patterns, colours, threads, and techniques.
• Coordinate with the sampling and production teams for design execution.
• Check embroidery samples and ensure the final output matches the approved design.
• Make necessary changes based on feedback and production requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in design placement, size, colour, and detailing.
• Research new embroidery trends and develop creative design concepts.
• Maintain design files and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with merchandisers, designers, and production teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience  in embroidery designing.
• Good understanding of embroidery techniques, fabrics, threads, and embellishments.
• Strong creative and design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design references and convert them into production-ready embroidery designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with fashion/apparel industry experience will be preferred.
