Role: Junior Accountant Location: Mumbai (Malad) Industry: QSR / Food & Beverage / Cloud Kitchens Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Daily accounting entries in Tally * Recording sales, purchases, vendor bills, and expenses * Bank reconciliation and payment tracking * Managing cash and settlement records from aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) * Maintaining invoices, bills, and supporting documentation * Assisting with GST data preparation and compliance support * Vendor ledger reconciliation and follow-ups * Supporting outlet-level accounting and stock-related entries * Coordinating with operations teams for documentation and approvals * Assisting the Senior Accountant and CFO team with MIS and reporting * Handling basic administrative and finance coordination tasks Requirements * 1–3 years of accounting experience * Good working knowledge of Tally * Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles * Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts systematically * Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or FMCG accounting is a plus What We’re Looking For * Honest and reliable * Organized and process-driven * Willing to learn and grow with a scaling food brand * Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Contact Email :
