Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI, Data Engineering, and Software Development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, engineering teams, product managers, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Software Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, or Enterprise Software projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zoho Projects, ClickUp, or similar.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Computer Vision, LLMs, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Python, or software architecture concepts.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification is a plus.
