We're Hiring | Pattern Coating Expert – Aluminium Coil Coating

We are looking for experienced professional in Aluminium Coil Pattern Coating with exposure to International Projects experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation and contribute to high-quality, innovative coating solutions.

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Position: Pattern Coating Expert – Aluminium Coil Coating

Employment Type: Permanent

Openings: Multiple (Operator to Assistant Manager)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and optimise aluminium coil pattern coating operations

✔ Develop and standardise coating recipes for superior quality and consistency

✔ Ensure pattern accuracy, colour consistency, adhesion and surface finish

✔ Troubleshoot coating defects and optimise roll coater & curing oven parameters

✔ Support new product development and continuous process improvement

✔ Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance and R&D teams

✔ Ensure compliance with quality standards

Experience Required

✅ 8–15 years of experience in Aluminium Coil Coating

✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Pattern Coating

✅ Strong expertise in roll coating, paint formulation, pretreatment, curing ovens, defect analysis and process optimisation

Experience working on International Projects or with global aluminium coil coating standards will be highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Paint Technology or

• B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials Engineering or equivalent
