Product Development Assistant – B&B

Position Type: Full-Time/ Onsite

Pay Range: 45-50 K

Job Department: Skincare, Men’s Grooming, and Bath Products

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be the connection between the production processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Must be able to organize and maintain data in a clear and efficient way. The ability to work with multiple managers with clear communication is key.

• Retail math and analytical skills
• Ability to work with a dynamic team and quickly pick up shorthand communication

• Strong understanding of negotiating including leveraging quantities, timing, and future orders
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with suppliers
• Understanding of market dynamics and business judgment
• Realistic expectation of suppliers’ capabilities, including weaknesses
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

0-2+ years’ experience in a production-related role preferred.
