Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs. Configure and customize PPM modules such as Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Demand Management, Time Management, and Financial Management. Define project governance frameworks, workflows, KPIs, and reporting dashboards. Integrate PPM solutions with ERP, HRMS, Finance, and other enterprise applications. Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and production deployment. Provide leadership in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
