We’re Hiring — Signage Designer

Studio Plural is looking for a Signage Designer to join our team in Mumbai.

We’re interested in someone who enjoys thinking about how brands, graphics and spaces come together — and can translate those ideas into thoughtful, functional and well-crafted signage and wayfinding systems.

A background in architecture or interior design is preferred, along with a strong interest in graphics, typography, materials and the built environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Developing signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphic solutions for commercial, retail, hospitality, and other spatial environments
• Working closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to integrate signage with the overall spatial language
• Translating concepts into detailed drawings and specifications for fabrication
• Exploring materials, finishes, lighting, scale, and methods of execution
• Coordinating with fabricators and vendors through production and installation
• Visiting sites and being involved in the process from design development through execution

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in signage, architecture, interior design, environmental graphics, or a related field
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• An understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes
• A strong eye for typography, colour, scale, composition, and detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Curiosity about graphics, branding, and how they can shape spatial experiences
• Most importantly, someone who is thoughtful, hands-on, and interested in seeing ideas through to the final detail
