Job Description Oversee large groundup multifamily, podium construction projects ranging from $30M-$60M. Lead all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. The Successful Applicant Strong experience managing large scale multifamily construction projects (ideally valued at $30M+) Proven experience overseeing large, groundup multifamily, podium, midrise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
