MD Doctor – Online Consultations

Location: Hybrid - Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Flexible hours

Role Overview

This role required you to be available on scheduled appointments aligned between the company and you. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive timely medical guidance, treatment adherence support, and a seamless consultation experience.

This job also requires you to visit the clinic once a week as per your convenience. This role is for the cities Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultations

• Conduct video and rarely in person consultations with customers seeking hair loss treatment guidance.
• Review customer medical history, treatment progress, and concerns.
• Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, and expected outcomes clearly.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations aligned with Traya protocols.

Treatment Management

• Prescribe and modify treatment plans as per clinical protocols.
• Monitor customer progress and recommend necessary interventions.
• Ensure safe prescribing practices and compliance with telemedicine guidelines.

Customer Experience

• Deliver empathetic, patient-centric consultations.
• Build trust and confidence in customers undergoing hair treatment journeys.
• Improve treatment adherence through education and counseling.
• Maintain high consultation quality and customer satisfaction scores.

Documentation & Compliance

• Accurately document consultation notes and recommendations.
• Maintain complete and updated patient records.
• Adhere to telemedicine regulations and company medical protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality reviews, and training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory

• DVD, DDVL, MD degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid Medical Council registration.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable conducting video consultations and telemedicine practices.
• Comfortable visiting clinics once a week
• Strong patient counseling and relationship management skills.
• Laptop, headphones and a seamless internet.
