Salary: $95,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Full-stack ownership across the component layer, API tier, and data layer, without handing off major parts of the work
• Ability to read, modify, and extend production routes, authentication flows, and tests in an unfamiliar codebase with minimal ramp-up
• Strong security judgment, including authentication/session handling, secrets management, least-privilege access, and safe client-side configuration
• Practical, hands-on experience operating AWS production systems directly rather than relying on Terraform alone
• Confidence designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including build automation and rollback procedures
• Working knowledge of DNS, TLS, and CDN caching
• Experience with Cloudflare Access, tunnels, and functions
• Strong debugging skills across logs, load balancers, containers, and browser network activity
• Self-directed work style with the ability to triage independently, ship carefully, and confirm before deploying changes
• Ability to document operations clearly so future maintainers can support the work
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Cursor, with good judgment about their limitations
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Alpharetta, GA
• Preferred but not required: payments, gateway, POS, or PCI experience; observability tools; infrastructure-as-code; CRM platforms; automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make

• Own Python and Node APIs, plus a React/Vite single-page application, from end to end, including routes, authentication flows, and testing
• Integrate payment gateways into new POS and third-party platforms by reviewing API documentation, testing in sandboxes, handling tokenization, managing transaction flows, and supporting live deployments
• Operate the AWS production environment directly, including ECS, ALB, S3, CloudFront, Secrets Manager, and IAM
• Manage CI/CD in GitHub Actions, covering container image builds, front-end deployments, and reliable rollbacks
• Run Cloudflare services, including Access, tunnels, and functions, while keeping them clearly separated from AWS responsibilities
• Oversee DNS, TLS, and CDN caching, including clean separation between SPA and API hosts
• Troubleshoot production issues across application logs, load balancers, containers, and browser network behavior

We are Cost Plus Processing, a merchant services company based in Alpharetta, GA. We build and operate our own software, including React front ends over Python and Node APIs, AI voice and chat agents that handle real customer conversations, and payment gateway integrations for the POS and software platforms our merchants use. We are hiring a full-time full-stack developer to own production systems end to end, with real responsibility and work that ships in days. This is an in-person role in Alpharetta, Monday through Friday, and we offer health insurance and paid time off. The pay range is $95,000 to $120,000 per year.
