Job Description:

• Oversee daily mall operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with tenants for issue resolution and store compliance.
• Manage house keeping, security and maintenace team.
• Monitor facilities including HVAC,elevator, escalators and utilities.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Supervise vendors and ensure SLA compliance, ensure safety protocols and regulatory complaince.
• Support mall events and promotional activities.

Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in mall operations/facility management/mall operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
