Part Time Dental Assistant and Front Office Support - Issaquah Endodontics & Periodontics

 

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this hybrid role, you’ll primarily support our providers during treatment, help deliver outstanding patient care, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice. You will also be cross-trained in front-office responsibilities, providing additional support to the administrative team and helping create a seamless experience for our patients.

 

Schedule:  Part Time between 20-30 hours/week


Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside clinical support to doctors by assisting with procedures, charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up.
  • Deliver a superior patient experience throughout all phases of the appointment.
  • Take and process X-rays.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Complete sterilization and infection control processes for equipment and operatories.
  • Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Provide front-office support as needed, including greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other administrative duties.
  • Help ensure a seamless patient experience by supporting both clinical and front-office operations.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all workplace regulations and protocols.
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the practice.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Dental Assistant with the state of WA

The salary range for this role is $25-$30 per hour.
