• Client / supplier facing and negotiating experience.
• Understanding of courier operations.
• Internal and external stakeholders management with performance and proposals presentations.
• Hands on experience with data analytics and performance management.
• End to end account and client management experience.

Job details:

• Manage accounts by resolving any queries they have - serve as a point of contact for account(s).
• Coordinate with backend operations teams aligning pickups, deliveries, and re-atteppmts, etc. for a smooth operational flow.
• Monitor and manage performance of business and clients.
• Prepare presentations decks and performance for clients visit daily, weekly, monthly.
• Arrange client visits and MOUs events wherever possible.

Position Requirement

• Bachelor
• Communication, stakeholders management and data handling
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Client handling and business growth
