Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

You've worked in sales ops at an Indian SaaS company running a US sales motion. 2–4 years of experience. Hands-on GHL experience is a plus; HubSpot or Salesforce ops experience translates fine.

Percentage of closed-won deals with traceable first-touch attribution.
