Lead - Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Department

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Plant positions, covering manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, selection, background verification, and onboarding.
• Partner with Plant leadership and functional heads on manpower planning, critical hiring requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce availability in line with approved manpower plans and budgets.
• Build and strengthen talent pipelines through job portals, professional networks, referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, engineering institutions, technical/vocational institutes, and local talent pools, with a focus on technical and skilled workforce.
• Lead early-career and talent pipeline initiatives, including Graduate Trainee, internship, apprenticeship, campus hiring, and employer branding activities to support the Plant’s future talent needs.
• Drive recruitment effectiveness and continuous improvement through TA analytics, including time-to-fill, recruitment turnaround time, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio, while identifying opportunities for process digitization and improvement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline. MBA/HR specialization preferred.

Experience & Skills:

• 5–7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in a large-scale industrial environment. Plant/site-based and technical manpower hiring experience preferred.
• Expertise in Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, technical recruitment, and talent pipeline development.
• Proficiency in interviewing, assessment, HRMS/ATS, and MS Office.
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning, execution, problem-solving, and results orientation, with willingness to work at Nooriabad Plant.
