WE’RE HIRING | SALES & PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE

Loft Studio | Jayanagar, Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Pre-Sales Executive who can take ownership of our leads and follow-ups.

The role is ideal for someone who is good at communication, follow-ups, client handling and preparing quotations and wants to grow in the interior design industry.

What you’ll handle:

• Manage and respond to incoming leads

• Call and understand client requirements, budget & timeline

• Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion

• Schedule site visits and client meetings

• Prepare and share quotations based on project requirements

• Follow up on quotations and pending decisions

• Maintain CRM/lead records and sales pipeline

• Coordinate with the design and execution team

• Keep the management updated on lead status and potential closures

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales/customer handling

• Interior design / architecture / real estate experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of Excel, CRM and quotation preparation

• Highly organised, proactive and persistent with follow-ups

• Ability to independently manage multiple leads

• Strong interest in converting enquiries into actual projects

The key responsibility:

You will be the person who ensures no lead is missed and no follow-up is forgotten , allowing our founder to focus on site visits, client meetings and project closures.

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Role: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives
