Role Description The Client Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and finance operations for assigned clients. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, preparing and posting journal entries, handling invoicing and accounts receivable/payable, and reconciling bank and ledger accounts. The role involves working with accounting software to generate financial reports, supporting tax and compliance requirements, and coordinating with clients to gather information and clarify financial queries. The Client Accountant will perform regular customer follow-ups to ensure timely payments, update clients on their financial status, and collaborate with internal team members to meet deadlines and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools used for bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
• Ability to manage Customer Follow-Up and maintain professional client communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and a high level of accuracy in financial data handling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
• Prior experience in outsourced accounting or working with international clients (UK/US/Ireland/Australia) is preferred.
