Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital content . Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on campaign requirements. Design and animate 2D graphics, typography, illustrations, transitions, and visual effects . Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements. Edit and enhance videos with appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects . Adapt creative content into different formats and sizes for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms . Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion content. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and digital content formats . Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator . Good understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling . Experience in video editing, transitions, color correction, and basic sound editing. Ability to create engaging social media content such as Reels, Shorts, GIFs, and promotional videos . Good understanding of different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software . Experience with AI-based design and video generation tools . Basic knowledge of UI/UX, branding, and graphic design. Illustration and character animation skills. Experience creating content for corporate brands or marketing campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field . 1–3 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing. A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video work is required.
