Role Description The Senior Chemistry Faculty for Grades 11 and 12 JEE/NEET will design and deliver high-quality, concept-focused lessons aligned with school syllabi and competitive exam requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry topics, explaining problem-solving techniques, and using curated questions to strengthen understanding. The faculty member will conduct regular quizzes, doubt-clearing sessions, and interactive activities to maintain engagement and track student progress through periodic evaluations. Collaboration with the academic team to refine teaching materials, update question banks, and support curriculum alignment is expected. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong subject expertise in Chemistry, including Physical Chemistry, with the ability to teach advanced concepts for JEE and NEET.
• Research skills to stay updated with exam patterns, evolving syllabi, and effective pedagogy methods.
• Prior experience teaching Grades 11 and 12 for JEE/NEET or similar competitive exams.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach and focus on student outcomes..
